I have never seen a company that took advantage of such an opportunity. I wanted to move my house due to the earthquake. I agreed for 6 thousand TL for my 2+1 flat. I made an appointment 10 days later. When the moving day came, they said that I had to do the packaging. Since I was in a difficult situation, I said okay and at least give me the boxes and we can pack them up. I said, they said we didn’t have a crate or box and left us in a difficult situation.
They agreed on a price of 5 thousand for a 2+1 house and when I called again 2 days later, they quoted a price of 6,500. Because they were in a hurry, they carried the items carelessly and they were damaged. When 2 hours passed, they got into the truck and some of the belongings remained in the old house. We did not make an agreement on an hourly basis like this. We had to return home again and again for the remaining belongings.
