Öksüzoğlu transportation was our choice for our move between Trabzon and Erzurum. Our job was completed without any problems by Mr. Mustafa and his team. They were like ants, so to speak. They had our mirror repaired, which broke during the move, without charging any fee.

This is the first time in my life that I write a review for a company. I have never seen such unethical behavior. A meeting was held with Mr. Nihat, who is stated to be the owner of the company. He was shown all the photos of the house. It was explained from where to where it would be moved. He stated that the market is currently stagnant and gave a price. (An average price is not very affordable) So we trusted his craftsmanship. He was very moderate and well spoken. We agreed to come 2 days later and make a contract. He wrote his name, surname, price of the work and his signature on the paper and gave it to us as a paper. We were in the process of making an agreement with a different company, but we canceled it. When we went to sign the contract 2 days later, a gentleman who stated that he was his son looked at the photos again and said, “I will not move this house for this price.” When we told him that we had talked to his father and reached an agreement, he took on a strange attitude as if I was doing the job and it was none of my business. He also called Mr. Nihat on the phone and explained the situation. Mr. Nihat did not say “I promised you that you will do it”. We left the place with cash ready and were surprised to see such a ridiculous attitude. If you say such an incident did not happen, I can send you a photo of the handwritten and signed paper. Later, we had to meet with a different company again and we agreed with a corporate company for insurance at a price they said they would never carry. I advise you not to be fooled by the warm and polite first conversation. I hope the company will learn a lesson from this incident. Word is bond. For this reason alone, such an attitude should not have been displayed. If Mr. Nihat does not have a say, why did he become our guarantor? This will cause you losses in the long run. Long story short, it was a very bad experience.

I called to move my house, they took great care of me, they came on the day of the move, I had my worst concerns in the morning, Mr. Mustafa and his team organized and started right away, without leaving us any trouble, they completed the moving process as everything was positive except for my concerns, thank you endlessly. I am talking about Oksuzoglu transportation, I was very satisfied with what I heard and saw, I recommend it.
